First response within 1 business day for bugs with reproducible steps. Feature requests triaged within 3 business days. The core team checks GitHub daily — this is the fastest route to engineering attention.
Email Support
48 hours
Responses within 48 hours Monday–Friday. For security disclosures, use security@duckgalaxy.com — treated as urgent and acknowledged within 24 hours.
Discord
Community
Community-supported. The team checks in regularly and posts announcements there, but Discord is not a guaranteed support SLA channel. Great for peer help and quick questions.
FAQ + Docs
Instant
Self-service and always available. Most common issues are covered. Search before raising a ticket — it will save you time and get you an answer faster.
